Full-body shot of Nelani from "Betrayal" by Aaron Aliston. So what if she's one of those minor characters, designed-to-die-at-the-end-of-the-book supporting extras that are a dime-a-dozen in the Star Wars EU? I liked her, and I obeyed my impulse to draw her.

Wow! I've recently drawn this character as well and I see a lot of similarities (especially in the Jedi robe). Nice job!

I don't remember the exact description that the book gave of her, but I remember something in the back of my mind telling me "lots of green!" when I was designing her look...:yoda:

Oh, this is beautiful, and looks just as I imagined her! :clap: I love that you've chosen to "give her a face," as I thought bringing her into the story just so Jacen could do her in was pretty lame... She was a good Jedi--dedicated, loyal--and didn't deserve to die the way she did. Beautiful robes, and I love her hair. This is lovely!

Awww, thank you! It's great to see ya! I always did like the mental image I got in my head when I was reading about her. She needed to totally look like someone pretty and friendly that Ben could have a crush on. ;)
